Every year hundreds of people, whether they have been touched by hospice care or not, remember a loved one at our special 'Light up a Life' remembrance services. In return for your kind donation to Light up a Life, you will receive a personalised card containing the name(s) of those you are remembering and a memory star (one per card ordered) where you can write your own personal message to bring to our Light up a Life service, or place on your tree at home. Everyone is welcome to attend this service which will include carols, music, poems and a time for quiet reflection.
