Gala Dinner beneath Gaia

October 10, 2025 @ 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm
£40

We’re delighted to announce this year’s Gala Dinner, which will beneath our spectacular Gaia installation.

A sumptuous 3-course menu awaits, with games and a raffle, alongside a fascinating talk from Conrad Dickinson.

Conrad is a renowned British polar explorer and guide, celebrated for being the first and only Briton to complete the “Polar Grand Slam”—which involves completing the three most challenging polar expeditions: crossing Greenland, Antarctica, and reaching the Geographic North Pole, all unsupported. Conrad served as an Officer in the Army, specialising in Arctic warfare and was essential in guiding HRH Prince Harry to the South Pole in 2013.

Tickets for this are available now and expected to sell out quickly—once they are gone, there is little we can do to ‘squeeze you in’, so please do act fast and book your seats, or table now!

*This is a fundraising event for Hexham Abbey PCC*
