Recessed letters painted white below recessed cross, also white. Mixed case, centred.

1965: Ronald Womersley Memorial. Plaque to be put near the spiral stairs to the Organ Loft. [Abbey Chronicle, Aug 1965] It is not known why it was fixed instead to the back of the furthermost choir-stall.
1966. The Faculty for the Womersley Memorial has now been received and the work on the Plaque has been put in hand. [Abbey Chronicle, June & July 1966]

PCC Report. … the Womersley Memorial, the Plaque for which is now ready, and which will be dedicated as soon as Mr Womersley's father is able to be present. [Abbey Chronicle, Sep. 1966]
At the PCC meeting on 6th Sept. it was reported that the Womersley Memorial Tablet would be dedicated at Matins on Sunday 25th Sept. [Abbey Chronicle, Oct. 1966]
