Shield at bottom left with cross of St Andrew (for Hexham Abbey); shield at bottom right with a cross above 3 towers (for Diocese of Newcastle pre-1949). Writing in green edged with silver. Red loops suspended from pole [HEXAB160]. Two long tassels of blue & gold. | ||||||
