In 1737 Licence was granted to Thomas Andrewes, lecturer of Hexham, to use a burying place an ancient stone vault scituate in the west part of the churchyard of Hexham.
In 1888 standing against wall; laid flat on floor in 1908, south side immediately west of HEXAB1061. See also memorial plaque HEXAB1024.2, and hatchment HEXAB3061.
